Yuanyuan Ai
Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Ai has over 11 years of experience in the futures industry and worked as manager in several key positions, including Dealing Manager and Vice General Manager for different FCMs in Hong Kong. Ms. Ai joined Direct Access International Futures Limited in 2012. As CEO of Direct Access USA LLC, Ms. Ai is responsible for the company’s strategic development and overall marketing. Ms. Ai also holds Responsible Officer (RO) licenses for both Type 2 Dealing in futures contracts and Type 5 Advising on futures contracts in from Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
Joseph Pucci
Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Pucci is an Illinois licensed and registered attorney who has over 25 years of experience in derivatives law and compliance. Mr. Pucci began his career on the floors of the exchanges. Following law school, he took a position as Associate General Counsel at Lind-Waldock & Co. and has since served in senior legal and compliance positions for several multinational futures commission merchants. For the past six years, Mr. Pucci has been uniquely involved in the building of new Chinese based derivative brokerage firms in Chicago. Mr. Pucci is responsible for all regulatory, compliance and legal matters for Direct Access USA LLC.
Jeffrey Carl
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Carl is a Certificated Public Accountant registered in the State of Illinois who has over 23 years of experience in cleared derivatives. Mr. Carl started his career in 1993 as a regulatory and compliance auditor for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Since then Mr. Carl has held positions in Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Enterprise Risk Management for Future Commission Merchants and Broker Dealers including Director of Operations for Futures, Options, and OTC Cleared Derivatives at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
