Can I have more than one Direct Access account?
We only support one account per customer. This means that if you already have an account tied to your Social Security number, you’ll need to regain access to your original account to use Direct Access, even if you submitted a new application.
If you’ve forgotten your account password or want to change it, tap the Forgot Password link on the login page of the Direct Access app or website to send a password reset email to your email address on file.
