Can I have more than one Direct Access account?

Normally we only support one account for individual customer. This means that if you already have an account tied to your Social Security number or legal identification, you will not find the link for application on your client portal. If you want to manage multipile live accounts, you can contact Direct Access Support team for personalized solution (Link: Contact us). Please fill the required information and your demand of additional account opening in the fields and our support team will reply in 24 hours.

If you’ve forgotten your account password (please contact DA support team to regain it). To change the password of live account, tap the "Change Password" in the setting section on mobile app or PC-side platform, then you are able to change your password.
